Or should I say cheeky Kea.
This wee chap was waiting for his next snack at the Arthurs Pass Store.

I don't think he fancied having his photo taken.

My travels this week took me up to sunny Nelson.

So lovely and warm.

I drove up one side of the island and down the other, through Kaikoura and on to Christchurch.

And in Christchurch what did I find?

Oh another new project to add to the RETIREMENT PLAN!!!

Look at this beauty.

Cottonfields in Christchurch are running this as a block of the month.

I just couldn't help myself and I will be able to use some of my Japanese lovelies in this quilt.

I may not be able to hold myself back from starting this one.
