Beautiful Day After Busy Week

Today was the most stunning winters day, So I took the chance to take a walk around the garden.

To my surprise my first planting of winter stock is in flower, so I just had to pick some for inside.



I have been away from home all week.
I travelled up around the top of the South Island to Greymouth,Nelson,Picton ,Blenheim and down the coast to Kaikoura and Christchurch.

I took this pic of the Alps, heading out of Darfield towards Greymouth.

It was such a beautiful day for driving.
